Tuesday of the Sixth Week of Easter

May 19, 2020If you were arrested for being a Christian, not knowing what could happen to you, but suddenly through a miracle the doors were open, would you run?
Or would you stay and be concerned about the guard and the guard killing himself as Paul and Silas were?
In the Gospel, Jesus promised that the Holy Spirit would convict us of right and wrong, and how to live Christianity.
The Holy Spirit will convict us all if we allow Him, of how to live in the image of the heart of Jesus and the heart of the Father and this is what Paul and Silas were doing.
We are Christians.
Today simply ask yourself, am I more concerned about others’ welfare than my own?
If not then ask the Spirit to help you to grow into this thought and way of thinking and living.
When we live like this, like Paul and Silas, we live truly the image of Jesus. In this way we build the kingdom for eternity.
