It is with great sadness that we learned of the sudden passing of Sr. Alice Gotti on Monday, November 20th. A sister of Divine Providence, Sr. Alice would have celebrated 70 years of religious life in Septeember 2024.
Sr. Alice served the Church on the North Side and our parish for many years, most recently as the sacristan and general caretaker of our Saint Peter Church.
She was devoted to the beautiful and reverent celebration of the liturgy and attended to every detail of the church art and enviornment.
Sr. Alice will be greatly missed by our parish family.
We pray that she may rest in peace for she has surely earned her eternal reward.
Sr. Alice's funeral was celebrated on Friday, Nobember 24th at the Sisters of Divine Providence Motherhouse in the North Hills.
