COVID Vaccine Booster (Moderna) & Flu Shot Clinic !

Saturday, November 20, 2021, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PMThe clinic will offer the COVID vaccine booster (Moderna); the third dose of the COVID vaccine for those eligible (Moderna); the first or second dose of the Moderna vaccine if desired; and the 2021 flu shot.
Please note, the only insurance taken for the flu shot is Highmark, UPMC, and Medicare, otherwise, the flu shot is $34.
Registration is highly recommended to ensure your spot at the clinic.
